My first concert was a Linkin Park show. Having never been to any kind of concert ever, the experience had me out of my mind. It was a big venue, the lights were insane, and what I really wasn’t expecting was how dynamic Linkin Park’s music was live. The contrast and layers are so much more evident than they are when you’re listening to them on an iPod. I knew their hits would be amazing to see live, but I was blown away when they slowed it down and played ‘My December’. Even though I was in a room with thousands of people, in those few minutes, I felt like the world stopped and everything was still. It was truly a night I’ll never forget.
