I was never actually that into MCR until I heard this song. I don’t really know why, I guess I just never connected with their music emotionally before. Once I heard SING though, I couldn’t stop listening to it, and it just made me hear this band in whole new way. I spent the last couple of months of 2010 giving everything they’ve done a second listen, and no disrespect to the die hards that have been following this band for years, but I love them now. This song is THE song that will make me think of 2010.

I’ve surprised myself on this one because usually I either like bands, or I don’t, and the verdict doesn’t really ever change. I guess my connection to this song made something click inside, and now I just get this band. Maybe it’s just a testament to the power of a song.
